Terms and Conditions – Nichetto®

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products through the Nichetto® online shop (the "Shop"), operated via Shopify on the Nichetto® website (the "Website"). By placing an order through the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Shop. They apply exclusively; any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the customer are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

 

 

3. Products

  • All products sold through the Shop are designed by Nichetto®, either independently or in collaboration with third-party partners.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, including descriptions, specifications, and images.

  • Slight variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to production processes, screen settings, or handcrafted elements.

 

 

4. Prices and Taxes

  • All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are not included in the product price and will be displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.

  • Nichetto® reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

 

 

5. Orders and Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • The contract is concluded only when the order has been confirmed or the products have been shipped.

  • Nichetto® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

 

6. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system and available third-party payment providers.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  • Nichetto® does not store or have access to your full payment details.

 

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout.

  • All shipments include insurance, which is included in the total shipping fee displayed at checkout.

  • All products are shipped from Sweden.

  • We ship to the destinations listed on the Website.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances. Nichetto® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

 

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period expires.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law.

 

 

9. Refunds

  • Once returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, excluding original shipping costs unless required by law.

 

 

10. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us without undue delay and include relevant documentation (e.g., photographs).

  • We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

16. Amendments

  • Nichetto® reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase shall apply.
