Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the following destinations:

European Union

  • EU Zone 1 (Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg):
    3–5 business days

  • EU Zone 2 (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia):
    4–8 business days

  • EU Zone 3 (All other EU countries, including Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.):

Non-EU Countries

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, etc.):
    7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are excluded from the listed prices.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. Any applicable surcharges will be shown before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For non-EU destinations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is refused or not collected and returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
