In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item and will be issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
